This product adopts the raw materials which are carefully selected, and are added with the alloys with the best proportion, and are transformed into steel grains after electric furnace smelting. In the process of the liquid metal forming steel grains, its chemical composition and granularity are strictly controlled, in order to guarantee that its mechanical characteristics conform to various usages. After high temperature process, the steel grains break into steel grit which is classified into various specifications of grit by the automatic screen classification system.
The hardness degree of GL steel grit is higher than the GP steel grit, but their edge angles are rounded when sand blasting operation, so they are especially suitable for the pretreatment operation of steel surface oxide skin removing. The hardness degree of GH steel grit is very high, and it maintains edge angles when sand blasting operation, so it’s especially effective to forming the regular and hair-like surface.
